Bar Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the bar, focusing on increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards during events and regular hours.

• Lead the hiring, training, and development of bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.

• Create and manage an engaging event calendar, curating special events to attract diverse clientele.

• Assess and implement a food and beverage program, including the possibility of introducing a restaurant menu.

• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing and quality stock.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as all relevant licensing laws.

• Develop marketing strategies to promote events and enhance brand visibility through social media and community engagement.

• Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to drive strategic decisions for business growth.

• Facilitate customer feedback, adapting services and offerings to meet the evolving preferences of patrons.

• Establish operational procedures for both event-based and regular service to ensure consistency and high-quality experiences for guests.

• Collaborate with the ownership team to align business goals and operational strategies.
