Honoring Shell, Wyoming's rich history and vibrant community spirit, we’re excited to welcome you to the NEW Shell Bar.
Set against the backdrop of the stunning Big Horn Mountains, Shell, with its world-class dinosaur history and nearby natural wonders, offers visitors a unique slice of Americana.
This newly built establishment is based on the 1940s style gas station design of its original structure. It incorporates a restored log cabin that previously served as the Shell Post Office—a charming blend of the past and present.
Equipped with an 18’ shuffleboard table, pool table, and skill machines, Shell Bar promises to be a gathering place where everyone is, and feels, welcome.

Patty Flynn Elliot and Gene Elliot are committed to serving the Shell Valley residents and honoring the history and character of Shell, Wyoming. Their hope is for the new Shell Bar to serve the people of the Shell Valley and surrounding communities as a hub for gathering and good times for years to come.
